Walk-up hours are designated times when you can visit without an appointment. You simply arrive, add your name to the waiting list, and wait for your turn.

However, we strongly recommend making a free reservation instead — there’s no deposit, no cancellation fee, and it helps us plan accordingly. Appointments are always prioritized over walk-ins, which means you’ll avoid long waits and get access to extended hours only available for reservations.

How to make a reservation:

1. Click “Reservation” in the menu.

2. Select the first option that says “Free Room” with the Mayhem logo.

3. Click “Add”, then “Next”.

4. Pick your desired time and date, and follow the prompts to confirm.

Important:

• No walk-ins are allowed during private events or after-hours.

• When events are booked, the entire place is closed to the public for that time.

• You can always try to call ahead to check availability.

This flexible system ensures everyone has a fair chance to use the space, whether you need a quick visit or want to return multiple times in one day.

How Walk-Up Hours Work

• No Appointment Needed: You can walk in at any time during walk-up hours without scheduling in advance.

• Waiting List: Upon arrival, you’ll be placed on a waiting list. When your name is called, you can enter the room.

• Session Duration: Each person may use the room for up to 15 minutes at a time, or stay longer if no one else is waiting or until the next appointment arrives.

• Re-Entry: After your session, you can get back on the waiting list as many times as you’d like during walk-up hours.
